  • Whether you’re moving, relocating, downsizing, or just decluttering, we help you clear out your space and turn your goods into cash.

    No upfront costs – you don’t pay until your items sell (with the exception of larger loads or transportation needs).
    Full service – we clean, stage, and professionally photograph your items.
    Smart selling – we list your items at the best possible price to ensure they sell quickly.
    Cash back to you – once your items sell, you get paid.

  • No cost to you upfront – just give us the items you’d like to sell.
    📋 Within 48–72 hours, you’ll receive a detailed invoice of everything we received.
    📦 For every sale, we provide a full report showing: sale price, shipping costs, fees, and any other deductions.
    💰 After those deductions, we take 30- 40% of the finalized amount. The rest is your payout, sent weekly or monthly.

  • Currently, we serve customers within the Los Angeles area. Pickup and full-service support are limited to this region.

    We hope to expand to Orange County and San Diego by next year, so stay tuned if you’re outside LA!

  • We sell your items at the highest recent market price. If we cannot find the exact same item, we will price it based on a similar item. Upon request, we are happy to provide an inventory list of everything you’ve given us, along with the listing price for each item.

    • Fine Print

      • Pickup radius: Free pickup within 30 miles of our office at 19725 Sherman Way, Winnetka, CA 91306. Limited to one free pickup per customer; additional pickups may include a charge. Items must fit in our vehicle.

      • Beyond 30 miles: You can either drop items off at our office or pay for transportation. Transportation fees can be deducted from your sales.

      • Packing services: Available upon request at an additional cost.

      • Payouts: Choose weekly or monthly payouts (based on the agreed amount).

      • ID & Waiver: You must submit a photo ID with your items and sign a waiver upon arrival.
